The Gap State High School curriculum is designed to offer students challenge and aims to educate the whole student. Our curriculum has been designed specifically for our school community and includes rich diversity and academic rigour.
The Gap State High School welcomes students who are interested in joining the International Student Program and the Study Abroad Program. We also host study tours and professional visits.
International Student Program
Our International Student Program welcomes students from around the world to join The Gap State High School for an enriching long-term educational experience. In our International Student Program international students are fully integrated into our mainstream classes, studying with Australian students and receiving support from specialised staff.
The International Student Program is designed for students seeking to graduate high school in Queensland and meet the qualifications for university studies in Australia or abroad.

The Study Tour Program provides brief yet enriching academic experiences for students seeking an exciting educational journey in Queensland. The Study Tour Program is designed to welcome students into our school community for six to twelve months.

Education Queensland International (EQI) develops and promotes programs for international students who want to study at a Queensland state school, Australia.
