Thank you for considering The Gap State High School as your child's prospective school.
Every new student enrolment at The Gap State High School involves parents making an application for enrolment by completing the Enrolment Application Form and attending an interview with the Guidance Officer or other delegated member.
Future Year 7 students for the following year attend an interview with either our Guidance Officer, Deputy Principal or Principal accompanied by their parent/s.

Please ensure you know whether you are submitting an in catchment or an out of catchment application.

In Catchment Applications
All enrolment applications are done online. You will need to upload the following documents as part of the online submission process:
Proof of Age
| Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Primary Proof of Residence
| You will need to provide only one of the following documents: |
Secondary Proof of Residence Document
| Two documents showing residential address e.g. rates, electricty, water and gas |
School report
| ALatest two (2) report cards
|
NAPLAN
| A copy of the student's recent NAPLAN results if you have them available
|
Visa Documentation
| If applicable |
Suporting Documentation
| All supporting documentation related to diagnosed learning diffculties, verifications or health management plans (anaphylaxis, asthma, diabetes)

2. Complete the online application using the button above
3. Upload the required schools forms to the online application
4. The Gap SHS will contact you to arrange an interview time and process your application
