The Gap State High School P&C welcomes all parents and caregivers to attend P&C general meetings, POPARTS, SHAPE and SSWAG subcommittee meetings, Activities 4 Activities and other parent-run events. 


If you would like to join the P&C, please complete our application form and return to, drop the form into the school office or bring it to the next general meeting. 

Please be reminded that all members must abide by the P&C Code of Conduct

Uniform Working Group 

The Uniform Working Group (UWG) was formed at the start of Term 2, 2018 following on from concerns expressed by some parents at the start of the year that the school’s uniform requirements were unclear.  The purpose of the UWG was to review and consolidate documentation setting out the school’s uniform requirements, and provide recommendations to the P & C Association on any updates required to the school’s Uniform Policy. Please click here for the Uniform Working Group's page and related links.

SHAPE (Sport Health and Physical Education)

The SHAPE Committee aims to support students participating in areas of sport and physical education in the school and develop a "school spirit" in all sporting activities.

The SHAPE Committee works to provide additional sports coaching, elite sports camps, annual Sports Dinner, uniforms and equipment.  Funds are raised for this area of the curriculum with barbeques at various sporting events; the Kiosk in the sports hall for the Premier Volleyball League season and special events.  

The SHAPE Committee welcomes everyone to the monthly meetings as advised in the school newsletter, held at 7.00pm in the Sports Hall Staff room.
