Surplus ICT Equipment – Out of Warranty

Process: The listed items are being made available for sale by The Gap State High School via tender process.  Tenders must be submitted on the attached tender document.

Timeline: Tenders will be accepted from 2 May 2018 until 4.00pm Monday 21 May 2018.

Persons submitting successful tenders will be notified and are asked to finalise payment before collection of any items.  Collection of all goods is by appointment and is required by the 13 June 2018.  All removal charges are the responsibility of the successful tenderer.

Condition and Inspection of Goods: Items are offered on an “as is” basis only. All items are in working condition unless otherwise stated.   Items can be inspected by appointment only (phone 3511 3888).

After the Sale : No warranty or backup service available, either implied or stated. 

Conditions: The Department of Education and Training (DET) and The Gap State High School reserves the right not to accept a tender and may set a reserve price.

Whilst all care has been taken, DET disclaims all liability for loss or damage to person or property arising from the removal and subsequent use of any item for tender.
